Amplify is a workshop and performance showcase for young musicians and techs who want to kickstart their music career and learn from some of the best in Darwin. Whether you’ve been playing in a band for a while, or are yet to step on stage, we’ve got a spot for you!

Workshop 1 – Introduction to Technical Production
Young people interested in tech-ing will be shown the basics of a PA, learn how to set up a stage and be a part of soundcheck for the performers! NB We won’t have time to cover live mixing but there will be further opportunities to learn more about that through LAUNCH’s Sounds@Mindil program.
Workshop 2 – Prepping for Live Performance
Learn some valuable skills that will help you be a better performer plus get professional advice from experienced local performing artists. Facilitated by Caiti Baker, Callan Power (Danger Den) and Tracey Bunn.
