LAUNCH is an umbrella brand we use to promote City of Darwin’s youth activities, events and programs.
LAUNCH provides young people in Darwin with high-quality opportunities for active community participation. The range of events and activities changes from year to year and is informed by young people and the community via our 2022-2026 Youth Strategy and annual co-design workshop. Regular events and activities include:

Skills Development & Networking
LAUNCH runs workshops and events throughout the year that you can get involved in. From basketball to events management, social media and work readiness skills, we endeavour to assist you in building new skills, making new friends, connecting with helpful people and discovering your potential.
Employment Opportunities
We provide opportunities for you to get paid to use the skills you have and those you’ve gained through our programs. Whether it’s covering events for us on social media, performance and graphic design jobs or producing youth events, we work hard to create more opportunities for you!
