Mental Health + Wellbeing

Maintaining good mental health during times when we are experiencing a lot of disruption and change can be hard. Fortunately there are a lot of great resources available to help you through.

We’ve distilled a lot of the things we’ve been reading into our five favourite things you can do to help stay grounded …

  1. ROUTINE – stick to your usual routine as much as possible, even if you’re in isolation
  2. PERSPECTIVE – take a break from the news and don’t pay attention to the feel good stories too
  3. TRUST – when you do feel like you need some news stick to just one or two trusted sources
  4. CONNECTION – put in place some strategies for staying connected to people who are helpful to your well being
  5. MINDFULNESS – keep doing the things that you enjoy, that help you stay calm and focussed on the present

If you do find that you need some extra help, don’t be shy about reaching out.
