Anglicare NT and City of Darwin have partnered up for another year of Couch Surfing to raise awareness on Youth Homelessness Matters Day 2025. The day brings together young people, school groups and community organisations for couch surfing races, a best decorated couch competition and information stalls!
Youth Homelessness is a critical issue in the NT with a large number of young people aged 12-25 lacking stable housing this includes living on the streets, hopping between place to place, or overcrowded conditions.
All young people need a safe place to call home – together we can work towards ending child and youth homelessness.
Couch Surfing is a free family-friendly event – all are welcome to attend!
